CryLens Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of CryLens and any related services, including CryLens Pro subscriptions.

Use of the Service

You may use CryLens only in compliance with applicable law and these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for safeguarding your account credentials.

Medical Disclaimer

CryLens provides informational assistance only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you believe your child is in distress or needs urgent care, contact a qualified medical professional immediately.

Subscriptions

CryLens Pro subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Acceptable Use

• Do not misuse the service, reverse engineer it, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Do not upload unlawful, abusive, or harmful content.
• Do not interfere with the security or availability of the service.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryLens is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may stop using CryLens at any time and may delete your account from within the app.
