When you contact support

Include your device model, iOS version, app version, and a short description of what went wrong. If you saw an error message, include that too.

Common Questions

  • Google Sign-In is failing. Confirm the app is using the correct iOS client ID and your backend has the matching GOOGLE_CLIENT_ID.
  • Apple Sign-In is failing. Confirm Sign in with Apple is enabled for the app ID and the backend APPLE_CLIENT_ID matches the iOS bundle identifier.
  • Subscriptions are not showing. Confirm products are approved in App Store Connect, mapped in RevenueCat, and the app is using the correct public SDK key.
  • Sandbox purchases do not work. Sign out of your regular App Store account in the simulator or device sandbox prompt and use an App Store Connect sandbox tester account.
